Lenexa, KS, July 26, 2023 — FireMon, the leading network security policy management company that brings visibility, control, and automation to enterprise cloud and hybrid network infrastructure, has appointed Nicole Stavroff as its new VP of Worldwide Channels with effect from July 2023.
Stavroff is widely recognized for her leadership in the channel. She has been named to the prestigious CRN Channel Chiefs list several times, which awards executives whose partner programs achieved superior results. In recent years, she has focused on driving channel growth at the organizations she has worked for. While having access to next-generation disruptive technology is an important component of creating a compelling value proposition for channel partners, creating an award-winning culture and a belief in a ‘customer first’ strategy is crucial to establishing a successful channel program.
“I am thrilled to be joining the FireMon team. FireMon’s commitment to the channel starts with its 100% channel go-to-market sales strategy. It is further underscored by a revenue sales organization that truly believes in the value of the channel, has a worldwide Ignite Partner Program, and an exceptional reputation amongst existing partner VAR and alliance communities today,” said Stavroff.
“I am excited to have the opportunity to help to further grow, accelerate and solidify FireMon’s position in the global security marketplace and expand its worldwide channel footprint. With solutions that have helped more than 1,700 enterprises gain visibility and control over complex network security infrastructures, FireMon is well positioned for the digital age, where the cloud is critical to successful outcomes, and the channel plays a strategic role,” she concluded.
Through its Path To Platinum component, the FireMon Ignite Partner Program provides partners with different ways of creating value for their customers and themselves. Ignite operates across three tiers – Authorized, Gold, and Platinum with each tier delivering country-specific support for all routes to market. This includes resellers, distributors, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across a global network of strategic partners.
In her previous role, Stavroff was responsible for developing the channel go-to-market strategy and driving a pipeline for new annual recurring revenue (ARR). She was tasked with global territory segmentation, alliance-partner joint solution development, and managing a worldwide team to drive execution, partner enablement, and several other channel initiatives. Through her leadership, the business grew its new ARR +243% and had a significant 138% increase in new ARR deal registrations.
“We are excited to have someone of the caliber of Nicole joining our organization at such a crucial time when global organizations are looking to gain complete visibility into their network and cloud environments,” said Jody Brazil, CEO of FireMon. “Having a dynamic and successful partner ecosystem is crucial for our success, and with Nicole helping lead the worldwide charge, we are confident we will further extend our leadership position in the market.”
