One thing John said during our conversation stuck with me: Zero Trust doesn’t eliminate policy. It makes policy more important than ever. In the end, security still comes down to what’s allowed and what isn’t. If policy drifts, risk follows. That’s why governance matters: not as a feature, but as an ongoing discipline.
