Each person who will participate in the FireMon Solutions Expert Course must register for the course. A representative from your company can register multiple participants at once. If it is determined that unregistered persons are taking the training course, the participants’ employer(s) will be invoiced for each unregistered participant.
All training must be paid in full to confirm registration. Your reservation will be held for 10 days while payment is submitted. Your registration is not complete until you receive confirmation that payment has been received.
FireMon cancellations: If a minimum number of students do not register for a class, FireMon may cancel the class. FireMon may cancel a class without penalty at any time, up to 15 days before the start of the class. If you receive a cancellation notice, FireMon will provide you with a schedule of upcoming classes and change your registration to the class of your choice.
Student cancellations: Students may cancel or change their registration up to 15 days before the start of a class. A fee of 20% of the total price of the training will be assessed for cancellations or changes made fewer than 15 calendar days prior to the start of class.
