Each person who will participate in the training course must register for the course. A representative from your company can register multiple participants at once. If it is determined that unregistered persons are taking the training course, the participants’ employer(s) will be invoiced for each unregistered participant.

All training must be paid in full to confirm registration. Your reservation will be held for 10 days while payment is submitted. Your registration is not complete until you receive confirmation that payment has been received. Fees must be paid with an approved company purchase order. Pricing, registration terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

FireMon cancellations: FireMon may cancel a Classroom Training class for any reason without penalty at any time.

Student cancellations: Students may cancel or reschedule their Classroom Training class without penalty up to 30 days before the start of class. Cancellations or scheduling changes made 15-29 days before the start of the class will be charged 50% of the course cost. Cancellations made 0-14 days before the start of a class will be charged the full course cost.

Course Confirmation and Travel: Upon registration, FireMon will send you a confirmation email to reserve your spot in a classroom course. This confirmation email is not guarantee that the course will be held. If a minimum number of students to not register for a course, FireMon may cancel the course. A second email will be sent approximately 30 days prior to the start of the course, informing you if the course will be held. We strongly encourage you not to make travel arrangements until you receive this second confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact FireMon by emailing the training department or calling +1 (913) 333-3240. FireMon will not be held liable for costs of travel arrangements for cancelled courses or events.
