Jody Brazil developed the first product for FireMon in 2001 following a phone call from a flustered client whose network was down due to an incorrect change to the firewall. That moment inspired his mantra “Better security through more effective management.” Now as Chief Product Strategist, Jody lives and breathes his mantra, leveraging deep domain expertise in network security design, assessment and implementation to create new products that make security more effective and more efficient for the enterprise.
Matt Dean leads the FireMon Product Management team, setting the feature roadmap based on his years of industry experience, interaction with customers and forecast for the future of the industry. His experience spans nearly two decades across multiple disciplines, including network security, firewall operations and network management.
Donald Klumb is a veteran CFO, drawing on 30 years of experience in financial consulting and corporate leadership to guide FireMon as it expands into new markets. He has successfully lead companies to IPO and through mergers and acquisitions. As a partner at Big 4 firm Deloitte, he worked closely with rapidly growing technology companies that gave him unique perspectives on the needs at each stage of growth.

Jeremy Martin is the Vice President of Engineering at FireMon, leading a group of talented engineers and fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation that has led to the development of the industry’s most scalable security management solution. Jeremy’s experience with automating business operations has directly influenced the development of automated management workflows for our customers’ complex security infrastructures.
Jeff Barker is the cofounder and Vice President of Product Management for FireMon’s security analytics platform Immediate Insight. He leverages 25 years of successes and failures in creating and developing markets, driving product strategy and leading teams in both startup and public networking and security companies to create a new breed of data analysis required to discover the unknown in today’s mobile, virtual, and cloud-enabled environments.
David Brown is responsible for leading the FireMon field sales and business development efforts for the Central US, Western US, Caribbean and Latin America. He strives to build a culture of collaboration, execution and accountability where customer success and value drive every action.
James joins FireMon as an experienced leader in the security sector with a successful career accelerated through his ability to create high-performance sales teams focused on strategic selling and creative deal innovation.
James will be primarily based in the UK for his new role as VP of EMEA to drive FireMon’s expanding European, Middle Eastern and African business volumes while also forming strategic channel partnerships.

Kurt’s experience establishing and optimizing IT channel sales, distribution and strategic relationships has helped companies develop more focused, measurable programs.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Sabra Sciolaro brings her cross-industry experience to focus on attracting, rewarding, training and inspiring employees, in order to create an even more engaged workforce. She leads the global HR function in providing strategic, people-related solutions and services to all business units. Sabra brings in-depth knowledge and expertise across the disciplines of human resources, including organization development, talent management and acquisition, leadership, M&A, compensation and benefits and culture.
For over 30 years, Jim has led worldwide services and support teams, driving key processes essential for successful customer enablement, optimal time-to-value, and highly effective customer support capabilities. Tim Woods brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to his role as VP of Customer Technical Services at FireMon where he has global responsibility for the sales engineering organization. Tim’s “lead, follow or get out of the way” philosophy helped him grow his career from a Systems Engineer to leading a team of 20 engineers. As a leader, his passion is educating his engineers and clients on new and emerging technologies.
